Nissan North Ultimate Fan Package Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

The Nissan/North Ultimate Fan Package Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Nissan North, 8600 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43235 ("Sponsor").

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Nissan North America, Inc., The Ohio State University, the University of Illinois, the NCAA, the Big Ten Conference, Hotel LeVeque, the participating teams, the game venue, the restaurant or gift card provider, or any social media platform on which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins when the entry form is published on the Nissan/North website and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 17, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Sponsor's computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and possess a valid government issued photo ID.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Nissan North, its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family" includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Nissan/North Ultimate Fan Package Sweepstakes landing page and complete and submit the official online entry form with all required information.

There is no cost to enter. No purchase, vehicle test drive, financing application, sales appointment, service appointment, or other transaction is required to enter or win.

Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Automated, duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, late, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Normal internet access and mobile data charges may apply according to the entrant's service plan.

5. Marketing Communications

Consent to receive marketing calls, emails, or text messages is not required to enter the Sweepstakes or win the prize.

Any consent to receive promotional communications from Nissan North must be presented separately and may not be made a condition of entering the Sweepstakes.

Entrants who voluntarily consent to marketing communications may withdraw that consent according to the instructions contained in the applicable communication.

6. Prize

One winner will receive the Nissan/North Ultimate Fan Package, consisting of:

• Two tickets to the Ohio State versus Illinois football game scheduled for September 26, 2026
• Two football jerseys selected and provided by Sponsor, subject to available sizes and styles
• One overnight hotel stay at Hotel LeVeque, Columbus, Ohio
• One restaurant gift card selected and provided by Sponsor

The approximate retail value of the complete prize package is $1,700.

The hotel stay is subject to Hotel LeVeque's availability, policies, reservation requirements, and check in requirements. The winner may be required to present a valid credit or debit card at check in and will be responsible for incidental charges.

The winner and guest are responsible for transportation, parking, additional meals and beverages, gratuities, incidental hotel charges, personal expenses, and any other costs not expressly included in the prize description.

The winner and guest must comply with all rules, policies, security procedures, and ticket conditions imposed by the game venue, participating organizations, hotel, and other prize providers.

Ticket locations, jersey styles and sizes, restaurant gift card provider, hotel accommodations, and all other prize details will be determined by Sponsor. Jerseys are subject to availability.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if an advertised component becomes unavailable.

The game date, kickoff time, venue, participants, and other event details are subject to change. If the game or another scheduled prize component is postponed, canceled, or materially changed for reasons outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide cash compensation or a replacement beyond any remaining prize components that can reasonably be awarded.

If the winner's guest is younger than 18, the guest must be the child or legal ward of the winner or must provide any authorization or documentation required by Sponsor, the venue, or the hotel.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on September 18, 2026. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification and Announcement

The potential winner will be contacted on September 18, 2026, using the telephone number and/or email address supplied on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of the first notification attempt. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and prize acceptance documentation where legally permitted.

The winner will be publicly announced on or about September 18, 2026, after the potential winner's eligibility has been confirmed.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is found ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner will never be required to pay Nissan North to claim the prize.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly included in the prize description.

Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or complete documentation needed for legally required tax reporting.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city of residence, likeness, voice, photographs, video, and statements concerning the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional notice or compensation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes
• Submits false, incomplete, or misleading information
• Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods
• Attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries
• Violates these Official Rules
• Acts in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. When practical, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected time.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional partners, and prize providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, corrupted, or technically unsuccessful entries; interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites, or communications systems; human or technical errors; or failures that interfere with an entrant's ability to participate.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes must be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Franklin County, Ohio.

14. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled according to these Official Rules and the Nissan/North Privacy Policy.
