To qualify for your NISSAN NORTH REFERRAL REWARD, you must register your referral before they visit the Nissan/North Retail Facility.

Register your referral in on of two ways:

• Fill out and submit the form below.

We will contact your referral and attempt to set an appointment on your behalf. When your referral takes delivery of a new Nissan or any pre-owned vehicle, you will have a $75 credit added to your Nissan North My Nissan Rewards account.
